Mary Brannigan

Mary is a dedicated and compassionate counsellor who has worked in mental health sector for four years and achieved a credentials in Counselling, Health and Social care, which gives her a diverse range of experience and practice to draw from during therapy. Her passion lies in working with children and making a positive impact on their emotional well-being. With a strong foundation in counselling techniques and theories, Mary is well prepared to support young minds through life’s challenges. 

Mary approaches her work with genuine empathy and understanding. She believes in creating a safe space where client and children can express their feelings and fears without judgement. With a client-centered approach, she tailors her strategies to meet the unique needs of each client or child, to ensure the best therapeutic journey for each client and child individually. 

Mary is a firm believer of the power of  Play therapy. Using creative and age-appropriate activities to help the children best express themselves and built reliance. Mary actively involves parents in paediatric counselling process. She believes that strong partnership between parents, children and counsellor leads to better outcomes. Her goal is to see life changing transformations in children and bringing joy to families. 

Mary’s warm and friendly demeanour makes her approachable to clients of all ages. She looks forward to making a difference in the lives of adults, families and young ones by helping them navigate the complexities of life, relationships, emotions, communication confidence and just simply growing up.
