Coach and Developmental Therapist

Kaitleen Mansilla

Kaitleen brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and passion in developmental Education and Therapy. She is currently completing her degree in Speech Pathology. Kaitleen spans the pedagogic and therapeutic model that Acua is well known for. She has developed and used this point of difference throughout her years in education and now therapy to create safe, nurturing environments where children can grow and thrive.

With a passion for fostering trusting relationships, Kaitleen values open communication and collaboration with parents and families. She believes that strong partnerships lay the foundation for meaningful growth. She strives to ensure families feel supported, informed, and involved every step of the way.

Kaitleen recognises that every child brings their own unique strengths and abilities. She takes great joy in helping children discover what makes them special and supporting them as they develop into confident, capable individuals. She is committed to providing the support and resources each child needs to succeed, using play-based learning to make sessions engaging, joyful, and tailored to their interests.

Outside of work and study, Kaitleen enjoys capturing special moments through journaling and experimenting with new baking recipes. Her love for creativity shines through in the way she designs her sessions and brings fresh ideas into her practice.
