Counsellor, Coach and Psychotherapist

Priscilla Feleppa

Priscilla is a qualified counsellor, mental health practitioner, and educator who brings a calm, compassionate, and professional approach to supporting individuals across different stages of life. With eight years of teaching experience, she has developed a strong understanding of how learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development intersect. Alongside her work in education, she has experience supporting the wellbeing of university students, adults, and young people as a counsellor, helping individuals navigate personal challenges, academic pressures, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing.

Her work focuses on creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where individuals feel supported to explore their experiences and develop practical tools for wellbeing. Priscilla is passionate about helping people rediscover who they are and recognise the strengths and potential they carry within themselves. She believes that with the right support, individuals can gain deeper insight, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Her work often focuses on supporting people through grief and loss, anxiety, identity exploration, and personal change.

As a practitioner, Priscilla’s personal style is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in ethical and professional care. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a person-centred perspective, allowing therapy to be tailored to the needs, pace, and goals of each individual. Her approach emphasises empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies that empower clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their future direction.

Priscilla is deeply committed to mental health and wellbeing and finds meaning in supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. The most rewarding part of her work is hearing clients say that they feel more hopeful, understand themselves more clearly, and feel optimistic about their future after developing new insight and confidence in their abilities.

Fun fact: Before entering her professional career, Priscilla was an ice skater for seven years. She was also a public speaker with batyr, where she advocated for smashing the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraged open conversations about wellbeing.

During that time, she also presented her artwork at the University of South Australia and at the Walkerville Rotary Club Art Show.

In her time off, she enjoys creating artworks, baking, spending time with family and friends, and cuddling up with her dog.
