Janelle Guinto-Tran

Janelle has a rich Early Childhood Education background and is moving into Paediatric Therapy with a Graduate Diploma in Education (Early Childhood) from RMIT. She is committed to creating safe, supportive, and inspiring environments where children can thrive.

Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that every child is unique and capable. Drawing on Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, she nurtures children’s strengths, listens to their voices, and uses play-based learning to spark curiosity, growth, and connection.

Janelle values strong, trusting relationships with families and works collaboratively to support children in reaching their goals. Her dedication to mental health and wellbeing stems from a genuine desire to make a difference, helping children build confidence, resilience, and joy.

Outside of her professional role, Janelle enjoys baking and playing music —creative outlets that often inspire her teaching practice. What she loves most is seeing children grow, learn, and feel proud of themselves, and being remembered as a teacher who truly listened, valued, and celebrated them.
