Doreen is passionate about mental health and wellbeing, believing that every individual has the capacity for growth and change when supported in the right environment. She is dedicated to walking alongside her clients through their challenges, helping them develop resilience, self-awareness, and practical strategies to navigate life’s complexities and work toward meaningful personal growth. Her professional conduct is guided by empathy, respect, and ethical responsibility. Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. She values collaboration in the therapeutic process and strives to ensure that each client feels heard, understood, and supported.
